This original gyotaku was created using traditional Japanese fish-printing techniques.
This fish is a Triple Tail; it was caught approximately 10 miles offshore in Southwest Florida.
Each piece begins in the ocean, where the fish is ethically spearfished or caught, then carefully inked and printed by hand to capture its natural texture and detail.
 
Due to the handmade nature of gyotaku, no two prints are ever identical.
